Q.01How much is an emergency call-out?
A.Nights, weekends and holidays, the emergency call-out is $145, and it is credited against the repair. You get the flat price for the repair itself before any work starts.
Q.02Do you give a price before you start?
A.Yes. Every job has a flat starting price on this page, and you get the final figure in writing before anyone picks up a wrench. There is no hourly billing that grows while we work.
Q.03Which parts of Brooklyn do you cover?
