Questions people ask us
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Yes. A $25 deposit holds your appointment. It is taken by the booking app when you book, and it comes off your bill on the day.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel or move your appointment in the booking app up to 24 hours before and your deposit is refunded. Later than that, or a missed appointment, and the deposit is kept.
- How long does balayage take?
- Usually three to four hours, including the consultation, toner and finish. Very long or thick hair can take longer; your stylist will tell you at the consultation.
- Why are prices shown as "from"?
- Length, thickness and colour history change how long a service takes. The menu shows where each service starts, and your stylist confirms the price before anything starts.
- Can I book a specific stylist?
- Yes. Choose your stylist when you book online, or call the salon and we will book them for you.
- Do you do patch tests?
- Yes, for every new colour client, at least 48 hours before the appointment. It takes five minutes; book it online or just drop in during opening hours.
