Yes. A $25 deposit holds your appointment. It is taken by the booking app when you book, and it comes off your bill on the day.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move your appointment in the booking app up to 24 hours before and your deposit is refunded. Later than that, or a missed appointment, and the deposit is kept.

How long does balayage take?

Usually three to four hours, including the consultation, toner and finish. Very long or thick hair can take longer; your stylist will tell you at the consultation.

Why are prices shown as "from"?

Length, thickness and colour history change how long a service takes. The menu shows where each service starts, and your stylist confirms the price before anything starts.

Can I book a specific stylist?

Yes. Choose your stylist when you book online, or call the salon and we will book them for you.

Do you do patch tests?

Yes, for every new colour client, at least 48 hours before the appointment. It takes five minutes; book it online or just drop in during opening hours.
