Privacy on this website
This website belongs to Rivera Plumbing. Local Pro Kit built it and runs it — including the request form — for Rivera Plumbing.
This copy of the site is a preview: its form sends nothing and stores nothing.
What the request form collects
When you send a request, the form collects:
- your name and mobile number
- your email address, if you give one
- the service you need and what you write about it
- whether you ticked the box to get texts — and, if you did, the exact words you agreed to and when
This website has no cookies, no ads, no analytics and no tracking scripts.
To stop spam, the form counts how often requests come from the same connection. That count keeps only a scrambled (hashed) form of the address, for at most a day, and it is never stored with your request.
Who receives it
- Rivera Plumbing receives your request, to reply to you. They see it in their Local Pro Kit app, and can choose to get a text about it.
- Local Pro Kit stores and handles it on Rivera Plumbing’s behalf, on Cloudflare’s servers. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell it.
- Twilio sends text messages, only if you ticked the box.
Your request is not shared with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
Text messages
Texts about your request are sent only if you tick the box on the request form. Ticking it is optional: you can still send a request without it. The box says:
Yes, text me about this request. Rivera Plumbing may send texts about my request to the number above. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE or PARAR to stop texts; nothing more is sent to that number until it replies START or UNSTOP. Reply HELP, INFO or AYUDA for help.
Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with or sold to anyone for their marketing.
How long it is kept
Your request is kept so Rivera Plumbing can follow up on it. There is no automatic deletion yet, so ask if you want yours removed. If you said stop to texts, a record of that is kept so your number is never texted again.
Ask to see or delete your information
Contact Rivera Plumbing and say what you want — a copy of what you sent, a correction, or deletion. Rivera Plumbing asks Local Pro Kit, and it is done.
